US Arab Chamber of Commerce
The US Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) is a nationally recognized chamber, located in Dupont Circle, Washington D.C., which serves the business community by affixing the great seal of the chamber on documents such as:
- Documents authenticated by the US Department of State examples
- Certificate of Origin
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Bill of lading
- Certificate of Free Sale
- Halal certificate
The US Arab Chamber of Commerce stamp is required by certain Arab countries, but preferred by most. Products shipped to Arab countries without an official Arab chamber stamp may be held in customs until the stamp is received. Also, some legal documents, such as agency agreements or business contracts without a chamber stamp may not be accepted.

All chamber stamp requests will be completed and shipped back on the next business day, therefore is no need to use an expediting company to obtain our stamp in a timely manner.
The US Arab Chamber of Commerce charges $35.00 per stamp. The fee can be paid by company check, or money order. For convenience, when it is difficult to include payment, USACC allows billing; a request for billing must be included with the document.
Documents must only be sent by regular mail, Priority USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Our new computerized system automatically e-mails customers when their package is received, and again when their completed documents are shipped back.
Package Requirements
- Documents to be stamped
- C/I and C/O must be signed and notarized.
- Payment in the form of a company check / money order, or a request for billing.
- A prepaid return airway bill or a pre-paid / pre-filled envelope with a tracking number must be included.

Due to heavy customer demand, US Arab Chamber of Commerce now offers full expedited services for commercial documents. This includes affixing the chamber stamp on the C/O and C/I, hand carrying the documents to the embassy, retrieving them on the date they are completed and shipping them back to the customer.
