Due to the US-Oman Free Trade Agreement on 2009, the Oman Embassy in Washington is no longer issuing embassy certificates for commercial documents destined for use in Oman. However, you can still obtain the US Arab Chamber of Commerce if it is a contractual requirement between the importer and the exporter.

US Arab Chamber of Commerce stamps other commercial export documents and certificates such as Packing Lists, Insurance Certificates, Halal Certificates, Export Certificates, Radiation Certificates, Dangerous Goods Certificates, Inspection Certificates, Bill of Lading, Airway Bills, Pro Forma Certificates, Temporary Shipment Certificates, Ingredient Certificates, and ISO Certificates.
